TV operation
This page will help you navigate the Cable TV’s in each room.
There are ROKU OPERATED TV’s in each room.
Each TV has its own Roku remote. Each Roku remote will only work on that on that respective TV. In other words the living room remote will not work on the bedroom TV and vice versa.
The ROKU TV will log you in as a GUEST. It will ask you for your check out date. This is so you can log into you own individual apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Spectrum, DirectTV and others and as a backup security measure, it will log you out of your apps at 11:00am on the checkout date you choose. This is only a backup security measure, I would suggest manually logging out of any apps you log into. (Please disregard the check-out time listed of 11:00am when signing into the ROKU TV’s. This is NOT your check-out time. This is the time that the TV will log out of your apps NOT your official check-out time. Your official checkout time is on your reservation and or confirmation (normally 10:00am).
IF AFTER YOU POWER THE TV ON, IT SAYS NO CONNECTION OR DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE GUEST LOGIN SCREEN AFTER 10-15 SECONDS, THEN PLEASE HIT THE “HOME” BUTTON (button with a home pictured on it) LOCATED IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE ROKU REMOTE AND IT SHOULD CONNECT TO THE GUEST LOGIN SCREEN.
Please watch our short videos below to familiarize yourself with the operation of the ROKU system and remotes.
