Secret Beach also know as Mau’umae Beach. If you get turned away from the Mauna Kea Beach for lack of parking, ask them for a pass to Mau’umae Beach. They may look at you odd because not many tourists know about this beach or how to access it. But if you tell them you know where it is and how to get there, they will probably give you a pass. This beach is very near the Mauna Kea Beach about 30-45 minutes north of the condo. You will want to google this one for sure and get directions through the Mauna Kea Beach grounds, but basically you come down to Kamahoi Place and turn right and take the road all the way to the end till you can’t go any further. Stay to the right. The road is a little sketchy but not very long. Just park at the end of the road and walk down toward the water. There are no lifeguards or restrooms but this beach is a private oasis! If the wind picks up it can get a little wind-blown but if the wind is down it can be a real paradise and an incredible find!
