For breakfast with a view, try this place. Great for people watching especially if the waves are big. Tourists walk along volcanic break wall unsuspecting of the waves. Sometimes, the waves crash and soak people passing buy. It is not very big so you may have to wait a bit. Their Sunday brunch menu is very good. The hours are hit and miss especially during Covid. Try the French Toast or Eggs Benedict if they have it! Parking is kind of a bear as it is right on the water. You can circle around up top to a public lot and walk down. The brunch cocktails look good, although I have not sampled them.
